How DealExit uses your details
Written to be read once and understood. Where a sentence would need a lawyer to decode, it is rewritten instead of footnoted.
Who is responsible
DealExit, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, is the controller of the details you give on this page. Questions and requests go to support@dealexit.com.
What we collect and why
Your email address, an optional WhatsApp number, whether you want to sell or buy, your chosen timeline or cash range, your language, your consent choices and the time you gave them. We use these only to hold a founding slot or list you as a founding buyer, to email you how to send your documents and when the founding listings open, and to tell you when a category you selected opens.
Legal basis
Your consent, given separately for email and for WhatsApp, under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021). You can withdraw it at any time.
DealExit does not send WhatsApp messages at launch. If you tick the WhatsApp box we store your number and your consent only, and will use them only once WhatsApp updates start and only for the purposes above.
Who else sees your details
Our hosting provider (Vercel), our database provider (PlanetScale) and our email provider (Resend) process your details on our behalf. If you upload a property document, its text is sent to Google (Gemini) so the details can be read out of it and you do not have to type them. If a page is a scanned image with no text, an image of that page is sent to Google (Gemini) to be read, one page at a time. DealExit does not keep page images after processing; the text read from them is kept with your document. Google processes the text and page images on our behalf under its paid-service terms, which do not allow it to use them to train its models; Google may keep them for a limited period to detect abuse. These providers may process your details outside the UAE. DealExit staff who review listings can see your documents. Other DealExit users never see your documents; your name and contact details are shared with the other party only after you both choose Proceed.
How we measure the website
On dealexit.com we measure how the site is used so we can improve it: Vercel Web Analytics and Ahrefs Web Analytics count page visits and actions such as scrolling or starting a form; the Meta Pixel tells Meta that someone who saw our ad visited or reserved, so we can measure our Instagram ads; Microsoft Clarity records how pages are used (scrolls, taps and clicks) as session replays and heatmaps. Text you type into forms is masked in Clarity and never recorded, and none of these tools receive your email or phone number from us. These providers may process the data outside the UAE.
How long we keep them
Owner sign-ups: until your slot is confirmed and your listing is created, or 12 months after the founding period closes, whichever comes first. Buyer sign-ups and category interest: 12 months from sign-up. After that they are deleted.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or withdraw consent, by emailing support@dealexit.com from the address you signed up with. Deletion is completed within 30 days. We keep a record that a request was handled, without your contact details.

Arabic is agent-written pending fluent-human review; counsel review is an external prerequisite before public use. That sentence stays on the page until both are done.
